They were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage,
until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot ~ they were eating and drinking, buying and selling,
planting and building, but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom,
fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all ~
The Prophet Noah
"When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years” ~ Genesis 6:1-3ESV "But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD." "And God saw the earth, and behold, it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth" ~ Genesis 6:8, 12ESV
He spoke to Noah of what He would do and instructed him to build an ark for his family (his wife, their three sons and sons' wives) and the animals He would bring. His sons, Japheth, Shem, and Ham were born when Noah had reached 500 years old (Genesis 5:32) , KJV (Genesis 10:21), KJV (Genesis 11:10), KJV (Jasher 5:18).
"Then the LORD said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and all your household,
for I have seen that you are righteous before me in this generation."
Take with you seven pairs of all clean animals, the male and his mate,
and a pair of the animals that are not clean, the male and his mate,
and seven pairs of the birds of the heavens also, male and female,
to keep their offspring alive on the face of all the earth.
For in seven days I will send rain on the earth forty days and forty nights,
and every living thing that I have made I will blot out from the face of the ground.”
And Noah did all that the LORD had commanded him.
Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters came upon the earth.
And Noah and his sons and his wife and his sons’ wives with him
"on the seventeenth day of the second month,
all the underground waters erupted from the earth,

Methuselah and Rachel
Methuselah (H4968) means “Man of the dart”
And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.

The start of the Great Flood was delayed seven days so that a full week of mourning could be observed for his passing.

Rachel (H7354) means “Ewe”
She passed away in childbirth delivering Benjamin (H1144) which means “son of the right hand”) in the land of Israel.
She was buried on the way to Ephrath, which is Bethlehem” (H1035) meaning “house of bread (food).” ~ Genesis 35:19 KJV
Benjamin was the only child of Jacob's 12 sons who was born in Israel.
Considering The Current Times
Paralleling this, just as the ark was raised up in safety, so too those in the raptures will be raised. The flood will not be a total covering of the earth this time. Instead the Scriptures tell us:
"But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed" 2 Peter 3:10 ESV
Great Global Events Will Take Place:
"And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven." ~ Luke 21:11 KJV
The Love Of Many Will Grow Cold (Matthew 24:12) NKJV :
1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Our Times Mirror Sodom & Gomorrah
"And the LORD said,
“Because the outcry
against Sodom and Gomorrah is great,
and because their sin is very grave,"

I asked the LORD God
"What was "the outcry" against Sodom and Gomorrah? Was it the children?"
I could sense His looking at me, not answering because it was something I already knew.
Yes, child victims in vast, vast numbers was a great part of the wickedness.
The people were so corrupt
the LORD destroyed the cities.

God’s Wrath on Unrighteousness

The Prophet Isaiah
Isaiah (Chapter 53 KJV)pours out from the depths, the inquiry 'Who Has Believed Our Report?' regarding the coming Messiah. And now though He, Jesus Christ has come once, His word speaks of another prophecy of the removal of His Bride from the earth before the 7-year Tribulation. And still "Who Has Believed Our Report? So few are ready.

Month of Judgment
Of profound interest is that during this particular month the Sun enters the constellation Libra, the ‘weighing scales.’ These scales of Libra signify judgment.
Not only was the flood and the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah a judgment of God, another judgment in Scripture is highlighted in the book of Danial. Here ruler Belshazzar loses his kingdom as judgment is revealed by the handwriting on the wall which declared God’s verdict on Babylon: “You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. Your kingdom is divided and given to the [enemy]” ~ Daniel 5
Yet another profound situation is not lost if we take an honest review of the global landscape. America is tragically and quickly losing status as a global power. Several nations armed with nuclear weapons pointing at multiple targets are bantering war. The stage is virtually set for the entrance of the AntiChrist as written in God's Word.
Recent Dream
10/22/24 My open suitcase was neatly packed as I stood at the foot of the bed facing it. I was in a hotel room with someone else. Jesus? He was just to my left nearly out of my peripheral view. I looked at the suitcase indifferently. Take it or leave it? There was nothing more to put in it or to adjust. The contents were simple; a change of clothing, sleep ware, toiletries. It was minimally filled. We were not rushing nor were we taking our time. It was simply time to go. I was dressed and ready. Then I woke up.
A Thought: We were at a temporary place to lodge while accomplishing whatever activities needed done. This reflects our lives here on earth before our eternal home. When the work is over, it is time to go Home. My lack of desire to even close the suitcase may reflect on a desire to leave what I could for those left behind. Just the basics. I would not need any of it anymore.
The Highly AnticipatedT CrB Nova . . .
. . . has yet to arrive! So what happened?
Many astronomers are having to regroup and reanalyze the arrival of the Nova from Blaze Star T CrB in the Coronae Borealis.
When it did not arrive in Elul (September) it was reckoned to arrive in Tishrei (October). Such has not been the case. Hence we continue to wait. Surely the LORD God Almighty has a very special time for it to be seen. Much is yet to come.
