The Month of Tishrei

~ The Month of Tishrei ~ 1 - 29 Tishrei 5786 / September 23 - October 22, 2025 EventsForty Days of Teshuvah ~ Repentance
1 Tishrei (September 23rd):
- Feast of Trumpets also known as;Yom Hamelech 'The Day of the King', Jewish idiom "No one knows the day or the hour."
- Jewish traditions include wishing each other a sweet year, ending interactions that they would be “written and sealed for good" [in the Book of Life]
Jewish tradition places the beginning of the 40 Days of Teshuvah at Elul 1. The event is recorded in Exodus 34 where Moses spent a second 40-day period on on Mt. Sinai preparing the 2nd set of tablets achieving complete forgiveness for the people of Israel after the sin of the golden calf. When atonement was competed he descended.
The final 10-day period is known as The Days of Awe; a time of introspection, seeking reconciliation with people you have wronged (Kapparot). Hence the final day is Yom Kippur.1 Tishrei (September 23rd) is the anniversary of the Revelation 12 sign which appeared in 2017 ~ Link

A Day With Many Hidden Pearls
"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt (tabernacled) among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only Begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth." ~ John 1:14
"But on the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water." ~ John 7:37
"And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the TABERNACLE (dwelling) of God is with men, and He will dwell with them."
~ Revelation 21:3
It is quite possible and stands to reason that the last DAY, the GREAT DAY as the LORD Jesus Christ calls it is the actual day of His birth. Supporting Scriptures and timelines noted HERE
Are We IN Matthew 22?Keeping Watch As Past Mirrors Present
It is reasonable to believe the Rapture is a process not simply a flash, though that event will take place, as Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:52.
The LORD Jesus Christ tells the parable of the Wedding Feast a 'certain' king was giving for His Son
1 And Jesus answered and spoke to them again by parables and said: 2 “The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son, 3 and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding; and they were not willing to come. 4 Again, he sent out other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, “See, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and fatted cattle are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the wedding.” ’ 5 But they made light of it and went their ways, one to his own farm, another to his business. 6 And the rest seized his servants, treated them spitefully, and killed them. 7 But when the king heard about it, he was furious. And he sent out his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. 8 Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. 9 Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding.’ 10 So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests. 11 “But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment. 12 So he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless. 13 Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”
Fast forward to today October 2025
Considering the Fall Feast The Feast of Trumpets where countless believers in Christ came forward to share they had heard from the LORD that the Rapture would be September 23/24, 2025. But when it did not happen many mocked and scoffed and were angry with their brothers and sisters in Christ. Now, there is no advocating for false prophets here and yes specifically stating it would happen on those dates was most unfortunate as they are now in the false prophet category. However, there was a redeeming aspect to this. Many cleaned up their lives and sought the LORD. And though let down surely some have reconsidered their lives (hopefully the false prophets as well) and considered their eternity.
Aside from that unfortunate event and going back to the Feasts themselves, perhaps the LORD has Feast of Trumpets to herald the rapture. It is still going to happen regardless.
Consider too that as the children of Israel complained and murmured to Moses when they were not immediately delivered. They did evil in the eyes of the LORD, so too are there grumblers and complainers even without false prophets.
Yet still the LORD is showing all who seek that there are signs in the heavens, in the earth and among the nations that have increased dramatically in quantity as well as strength in addition to the global stage at a boiling point that if something does not happen soon, many nations will fall.

1 Thessalonians 4:16 - 17
"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel,
and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up (G726) together with them in the clouds
to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord."

The Greek word used for 'caught up' is Strong's #G 726 ἁρπάζω harpázō, har-pad'-zo; from a derivative of G138; to seize (in various applications):—catch (away, up), pluck, pull, take (by force).
~ Harpazo in the Latin is 'rapturo' where we get the English word 'rapture'.

1 Corinthians 15:51 - 55
Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” “O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?”

IHGM continues to hold loosely the date of the LORD's Raptures of His children in addition to all unfulfilled prophecies of which there are many. The following chart below is to be held as a consideration of timing. The LORD has already fulfilled four of His seven Feasts. These last three will be fulfilled and His will will be done.
His word proclaims He will be like a thief for those who are not watching. It is very possible He may move before the Feasts or directly after.
- "For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night." 1 Thessalonians 5:2
- "But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief." 1 Thessalonians 5:4
- "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up." 2 Peter 3:10
- "Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee." Revelation 3:3
- "Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame." Revelation 16:15
We are commanded to guard and keep His word. And keep watch.
- “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.” – Matthew 24:42
- “Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.” – Luke 21:36
- “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” – 1 Peter 5:8
- “Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come.” – Mark 13:33
- “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” – Matthew 26:41
Rapture & The High Holy Days
The High Holy Day span both the Essene and Jewish Religious calendars of Elul & Tishrei. Giving the Gregorian calendar dates is to help those who do not follow either of the other two. Hence this chart will be on both calendar pages for your convenience. The purpose is to show how one is symbolic to the other as the LORD our God reveals many of His secrets this way.

(Reference Three Raptures Chart Link )
In comparing these two Scriptures above many teachings have poured fourth. There are Pre-Tribulation Rapture believers who embrace 1 Thessalonians only, some embrace both. There are also believers who understand this to be all encompassing at the end of the Tribulation just prior the LORD's Wrath upon the unrepentant. And that that is the only gathering harvest of believers. And then there is after the Wrath gathering as written in Daniel 12 (Link)
In addition to these different 'camps', we must consider the Jews who will endure the Tribulation, the Time of Jacob's Trouble Jeremiah 30:7 (Link) Two thirds of the Jew will perish according to Zechariah 13:8 (Link) Only a remnant will remain. The LORD always saves a remnant of His people.
- At the present time it is a common practice during the High Holy Days for Jews to visit the graves of their dearly departed typically during the 10 Days of Awe. This article from Orthodox Union has additional information (Link)
Taking into account:
The Trumpet is a curious consideration as we find trumpet blasts throughout the Jewish traditions.
- Rosh Hashanah
- Yom Turah (100 times)
- Following Yom Kippur
- Everyday during the month of Elul except on Shabbat
- Late on Friday afternoons heralding Shabbat
- Heralding Jubilee year.
- We also find Seven Trumpets in Revelation, the last one noted in Chapter 11:15 (Link) However, even after this Trumpet there is still much of Revelation that must unfold.
Do we know specifically which trumpet is the last? Is one trumpet blown for 1 Thessalonians and another for 1 Corinthians?
The dead IN CHRIST rise first
Believers who are alive when this happens are quickly snatched away and our bodies are transformed into incorruptible immortal bodies
- We can note "IN CHRIST" is not in 1 Corinthians. Are they the rest of the dead at the end of the book of Revelation (Link) who are raised for judgment? Or based on the context of 1 Corinthians 15 that they are believers that are left just prior to God's wrath?
For those who died after Christ and who believed in Him, their souls went immediately to heaven because their sins were paid for, but bodies remained.
However, when the rapture happens ALL those bodies will rise, be transformed and reunited with their souls.
If the Jews are in the custom of visiting the graves of their departed ones particularly during the High Holy Days, what witness will this produce when those from the time of Adam, through Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, all the prophets, patriarchs and matriarchs all who believed in the promises of God, that their dead bodies blast out of the ground, but bodies of the relatives of those living today did not rise. Would they not question if Abraham and King David's bodies came out of the grave, why not their family members?
More on the Feast of Trumpets and its association with spiritual symbolism of Wheat Gathering, Wedding Reminder, Birth and more on being taken up in the Rapture can be found here. And though it has not happened as yet, the symbolism and signs are constant year after year. All the more reason to keep watch "Feast of Trumpets 2024 - Ten Reasons to Watch" ~ T.W. Tramm (Link)
Please know that IHGM does not date set for the Rapture. However Believers in Jesus Christ have been told of signs to watch for as well as commanded to keep watch. The signs are here. All things considered, be ready.
Of consideration, this nova may be the 'Star of Jacob' Balaam described as presaging the appearance of the Messiah
