Parallels Of The Solar Lunar Calendars For The Year Esther Was Chosen as Queen And 2024
And 2024
A very interesting relation between the solar and lunar eclipses which occurred the year Biblical Esther was chosen by Xerxes I, Xerxes the Great (Ahasuerus) to be his Queen also align with the solar and lunar events for 2024. Regardless that they are in different parts of the world, just having essential the same dates (one off by a couple hours) is remarkable.
The name Ahasuerus is famously associated with the biblical King Xerxes I of Persia It holds a fascinating origin intertwined with ancient languages and historical contexts. The name’s roots lie in ancient Persian, where it was written as “Khshayarsha” (𐎤𐎶𐎠𐏁𐎧), meaning “king of kings” [1] , a very powerful title reflecting the vast empire Xerxes I ruled over. It encompassed lands from Egypt to India. The name was transcribed as “Ahasuerus” (Ἀχασβέρος) in the Greek. The Septuagint, an ancient translation of the Hebrew Bible into Greek, uses this transliteration in its account of Esther. [2]
Some scholars believe Ahasuerus is a title meaning “chief of rulers,” or "lion-king" while others believe it was the king’s name. [3] [4]

And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins;
